Image of HOLD UP

#21 from the 100 days of carving.

The print was created from a hand-carved linoleum block and printed with black oil-based relief ink on 88# archival paper.

Size: 9" x 6"

What's a lino? A linocut is a printmaking technique, in which a block of linoleum is carved into and used as the printing surface. The raised part of the block is inked with a roller and then impressed onto paper by hand. All muscle power over here.

*Please note that these are all hand-pressed prints, so slight pressing lines, small ink spots and other small variations may occur on the print during the printing process.
