Small operation here. One person! Orders ship via USPS or UPS within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Tracking will be provided on all orders. 

Yes, I ship Internationally! Please expect longer ship times for International orders.

Refunds
Refunds are only done in extreme cases. Please purchase with the intent to keep. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**lost or stolen packages: Amanda ilc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble receiving packages please communicate with your local post office about deliveries to your address. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from delivery service.
